Albert Borgmann (1937–2023)
Albert Borgmann was Regents Professor of Philosophy at the University of Montana. He is the author of Technology and the Character of Contemporary Life, Crossing the Postmodern Divide, Holding On to Reality: The Nature of Information at the Turn of the Millennium, Power Failure: Christianity in the Culture of Technology, and Real American Ethics: Taking Responsibility for Our Country, and Philosophy of Language: Historical Foundations and Contemporary Issues.
